honor, and are therefore overrulled and that an attachment of contempt do forthwith unclear against the said Abram Alfriend the present Clerk of the Superior Court of Hancock County for that disobedience. If on the other hand, you should be of opinion that it will be best to postpone the matter until the regular term of the Court, I will notify Alfriend, that I will apply to your Honor on the first day of the term or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard for an attachment against him for his contempt in not obeying your order of the 5th June.
