To the Governor of Georgia, Sir At Ten O'Clock in the forenoon of this day I shall attend at the house of James Rousseau Esq in Milledgeville. And I intend to exhibit the said Testimony to the President of the United States on the enquiry now pending before him, touching my Conduct as agent for Indian Affairs in Regard to the introduction of Certain Africans into the U States in the Winter o 1817-18.
