The Feb; 8th issue of "The Urrord?", the Carlisle Indian Industrial school weekly, devotes it's entire front page to a review of the recently constructed studio to be known as "The Leupp Indian Art Studio" and to be used for the purpose of developing the Artistic faculties of certain of the Carlisle pupils ni, so called, Indian Act. The whole thing is so manifest a departure from the single purpose for the which the school was founded that we cannot pass if by without some expression of disapproval.
