and I have to use it so much that I am making it worse each day and so I am obliged to have it painted with iodine and bandaged up, till it gets better. that is why I am doing up all my writing at once for it may be two weeks before I can use it again. I am in constant pain with it so that I dont sleep well nights and as long as it is not done up I cant help but use it.
