my feet as my money is all tied up for the time am going to dipose of some property that I have here and as soon as I do I can repay you. I do not think I will need it more than a month but for the present I am up against it. I also want to take a couse in a school for the Government Civil Service Examinations to be held in May. I wish to get into the Government service.
