They sent their carriage after us and the two music teachers, and brought us home in the evening. We had a pleasant ride and a good time. Our melodeon had the honor of going to church yesterday. I think it behaved very well for the first time. We are much obliged to you for those shawl pins. They are very pretty, but I don't know how durable they will be. I had a letter from Sarah Aurelia a few days ago, intend to answer it soon. Give my love to all the good folks about home, and write as often as you care to.
