Briggs is here and sick, he will leave in a day or two for Home and kindly offers to deliver this to you I wish I had earned something that I could spare to send you, but our Load of 30 Hundred will cost us over four Hundred dollars which is about all we have, we have found all we want to buy shall be able to get our load and leave here to morrow, a number of Pioneers have Died lately Col May? of Peoria?
