This place we reached 4 o'clock on Wednesday morning and stopping an hour , we again moved towards Jeffersonville, on the bank of the Ohio. We arrived there about 1 o'clock unloaded our horses, watered and fed them, and after eating a bite ourselves; we unloaded our guns hitched up our horses, and marched down to the banks of the Ohio.
