The committee earnestly recommend that a suitable person outside the service be found who will furnish board to the officers of the 110th U.S.C.I. at a reasonable rate, and receive from the commanding officers suitable protection and such accommodations as circumstances will admit. The committee further recommend that the General Superintendent be authorized to raise sufficient funds to pay off the present employees to date and make future arrangements.
