Down on L and quickly tap R, holding it up (1) Hop on L & strike end of R toe back of L heel (taking it up) (2) Hop on L (keeping R up) (3) Step down on R a little to the right and strike L toe against R heel, retaining it up. (1) Down on L back of R and raise R and put it down (2) Strike end of L toe against R heel as it is being brought toward left side and down solid on R heel (3) Step on L heel, strike R heel against raised L toe and immediately down on L ball (a triplet) (1) Step down on ball of R over in front of L, bring L toward left touching toe against raised heel and quickly down on R heel (triplet) (2) Down on L (3) Repeat the 8 bars described beginning with hop on L.
