Step on L (1). Bar I Tap R down in ball & heel (4 sounds). (2) Bar I Step on L heel, (holding toe up). (3). Bar I

Strike side of R heel against raised toe of L and let ball of L come down (1). II Tap R and down on ball of heel (4 sounds). (2) II Raise L and put it down (3). II

         Now repeat the two bars
            reversed as follows

Step on R (1). III Tap L & down on ball & heel (4 sounds). (2). III Step on R heel (toe kept up). (3). III Strike side of L heel against raised toe of R and down on R ball (1) IV Tap L & down on ball & heel (4 sounds) (2). IV Raise R and put it down (3) IV

Repeat for 16 vars. may be a little difficult & awkward at first on account of striking heel against raised toe and letting ? quick enough after striking
