Stevens Point. December 20th 1892. Dear Ma - I wrote to you some time ago. but have not had an answer yet. We are having beautiful Winter weather. - I have just got back from taking Alice out riding. I made her a cloak, hood and robe. - and got runners for her carriage. - so she has a splendid out fit. all but mittens. I wish you would knit her some. - get a very light unclear colour. - almost a cream - I will send a piece of her cloak and I want her mittens to match the light stripe. She tripped over in the rocking chair yesterday: and its top margin Dan is going East this Winter I wish I was going as far as York State with him. Since seems an age since I saw you. I must close. Good bye. Your loving girl Mary 723 Elk Street Stevens Point Wisconsin.
