         I cannot form any reason able excuse for not writing long before this. My guests? arrived safely the freight was four dollars. I like to know if you paid any before they started write and let me know about it I wrote a while ago for you to sell my cow but you need not until spring for I think you can get more for her thin I am mostly? well but some what tierd with our journey we started for Minessotia the 14 and arrieved at Albert Lea the 19 we had rather an unplesant time it snowed and the winds blew cold & the roads were very bad The weather is quite warm and pleasant to day it some like Indian summer I was married the day of Oct to Asa Hurd I suppose John toled you that I was again to have Otis Huntoon? but he was mistaken about that I wold like to know if you ever hear from John & if george has gone back to Cal? I was was glad to hear that Chaneey "unclear" was married when you write again tell me "unclear" Susan married.
