My Son, Your letter of the 4th unclear - has arrived here after a trip to Washington Iowa. I do not feel disposed to put any more money into those two Chicago lots - As property every where is now at high rates - it would be a good time to sell them. - Please inform me what price you could obtain for them at this time and if it is a reasonable price I will be very glad to get clear of them.
