A man shall be as a hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest, as rivers of water in a dry place,

as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land. Isa. 32:2

The Bible makes frequent reference to places of refuge from Evil. = Cities of refuge = Horus of the Altar = Towers in the Walls of Jerusalem = Ark - as in time of the flood. = As the mountains are round about J? = God speaks of Himself as a refuge. = But this hiding place is a man A person - not a deed - or act.
