Hear the Commands he gives- "Be not high minded but fear." "Humble yourselves in the Light of the Lord" "Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God." And the apostle James seems ever prolix in the abundance of the warnings he gives against heart pride - as though it was and would ever be the besetting sin of the Church of Christ. He draws the contrast as follows- "Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted
