Lawrence May 6th 1864

Dear Sister Abby,

Your letter has just this moment come to hand and I haste to answer it. Mr. Weaver says the Lowell train will be waiting for you when you arrive at Groton Junction and you will get there he thinks about one P. M. or perhaps a little before. You will get your trunks checked for Groton Junction and then they will be set off without your looking after them. Mr. Weaver says it is a nice place to exchange cars, all under cover so if it should rain you will have no trouble and one or both of us will meet you there so you may be looking out for us. Lydia has received no letter from you; it was probably not put into our box as most of her letters are; we will send down and find
