17 December 1949 Dear Lodge Member: -

I am enclosing a copy of a letter received today from Decker Press. Thought you might be interested altho I presume that he wrote you, also. Wallie, with his usual generosity, sent him 10 more copies (or a total of 40).
I have just talked with Mr. Schenk at Becktold Co. and they told me that they would like to have a two week period in which to bind another printing. He said that usually they work on a three week schedule but could get it out in two.
They are now binding another small book for him and Schenk told me that he had given them the usual rush act to get it out before Christmas.
Sent off the review copies to Price and Kennedy.
Thanks for placing your copies in such lucrative sounding establishments. I'm looking forward to the January festival there.
Hope that you will have no need for digging a moat. If you should, I'll be glad to stack it with Miss. Channel cats,. etc. I might even promote a statue
