7/21/68 Dear Jack - Just home from hosp. No cancer. They explored & discovered recurrence of prostate in "middle lobe" - & so I had to undergo same routine surgery - trans-urethral - as last year. Prick sore as hell & will burn on each pissing for weeks - but I'll soon be back to full-time work here.
