10/11/85 Dear Jack,

    I received your book on the 25th of September.  I am enjoying it very much.  Do hope it is not your 'last hurrah.'   I can see why it received such a good review in the Chicago Trib.  Hope it is selling well.
    Along with my book was, also, a book for Baumburger (I think I remember that right) & in that book was an address on a scrap of paper.  Looked like it may have been from your typewriter & a check!   Made out to you from Baumburger.  I immediately rewrapped that book & its contents, enclosed my check for my book, plus postage & took it to post office
