     Thanks for your Christmas greeting card and the enclosed note.  I hope this will be a underlined:  big year for you and good luck with the two books.
     I'm only telling a few friends at the present that as of Feb. 1 I am leaving this Clinic - after eleven years - and great surgery - I've been at it long enough -  Maybe I'll get to finish a medical novel started about twenty or so years ago.
