degenerated to things like telephone directories for various organizations and occasional letters. I tried to take a correspondence course, but discovered that early baby husbandry is a 24 hr. job and not conducive to constructive creative writing.

    Now my creative efforts are mostly directed toward making clothes, thinking up new ways to say "no" and, repairing old furniture in better ways.  Oh yes, I'm expecting our second child next week.
    One more thing, please don't think that my referring to Harriet Thompson as "Aunt" implies any affection for her.  I knew she was pretty bad when I was there, but her endless chronicle of office intrigue is the most damning piece of paper I have ever seen anyone willingly write of themselves.
