   One of my students - Maxine McCarty - is a great admirer of yours & is doing an essay on writers in '30's; she is romantic as well as intelligent & an avid reader & will enormously appreciate any aid you can give her.  She looked up Ashley Buck on her own out here & went to see him.
   On underlined:  Disinherited: the course will use 125 - 150 copies.  I will send you feedback on student response.  Meanwhile -- if you have time to send me a line or two of recollections of the circumstances of its germination, that would help me put it in context for readers under 25.  Best to you both - Alex.
