Dear Brother Robert We were busy with the Cenhadwr so that we could not pay much attention to the day the Governor set apart for Thanksgiving. We are therefore going to have a Thanksgiving for our own family exclusively next week Friday. You are "respectfully invited" and warmly and urgently entreated to be with us at a Thanksgiving Dinner at our home in Kansas on that day. We want to get all the family together in the old New England fashion. We hope you can make it possible to come. Your brother John
