Dear Friend: I never have rec'd a letter from you and, having gotten your address, thought I would send you a few lines and hope that you will answer and tell me how the world uses you. I have been going to school most of the time this winter. Our teacher, Prof. L. D. Browne, is good, but he has a bountiful "gift of gab." There are fifty on the roll up-stairs this term.
