614 Charter Street New Orleans April 9, 1939. Dear Sherwood - I love the book of poetry. And I didn't know you had ever written poetry or could write it. It's awfully good and simple and lovely. I love these especially: Oblivion and In The Fields and Man in the road. I'm very grateful to you for sending the book to me. It is a prized possession. I wish you'd come back soon and bring Eleanor.
