1416 Valmont Street New Orleans Nov 10, 1937 Dear Eleanor,- I've been meaning to write you. But I've been working like a dog and just do manage to keep up correspondance with my kids.- But you sound busy! Your notes positively give me the creeps. Though I'm glad to get them, find myself satisfied with the measliest signs of sentience. But they're always too quick to say how is Sherwood or you or if you all are coming down this winter.
