February 29, 1941 Dear Mr. Anderson: Thank you so much for your friendly reply to my letter. I am presuming on your busy time to ask you to inscribe my copy of "The Triumph of the Egg." I will cherish this book even more than I have in the past. (I have unclear in your letter into my copy of Winesburg) I enclosed return postage and a filled in mailing label. Those of us that are concerned with the welfare of American Literature are very grateful for these splendid works of yours. With this goes the hope that we may have another of your fine works very soon. Thank you again, both for your warm and kind letter, and for the above favor. Very truly yours, Lynwood Giacomini 909 Fourth Ave. Seattle, Wash.
