            I have not been any good

at writing letters this last year. It has been a hard year in more way than one and I have been down a lot of the time. It has been a battle to keep going. Kath and I have taken different roads and it has been hard to adjust our- selves. Also with this depression and my record I realized that my chances of making a living in business were pretty slim especially around Baltimore. That made me expect too much from myself in painting. Most paintings even the good ones seem failures at the finish.
