Dear Jack, The most immediate result of my trip south was the writing of 2 plays -- one on the organization of the South by the CIO and the other an anti Jim Crow anti red-baiting theme. I would greatly appreciate it if you would be able to read them before publication so that in print they would show the healthy effects of your criticism and suggestions.
