Mar 8, 1977 Dear Jack,

   I'm sorry about the delay.   We see no problems with the program or the contract.  I am returning the copy of the release that you sent us with this letter.
   We are taping the program tomorrow afternoon but it will not be used until we get your permission.
   Questions about this matter only arose because many Foolkiller members do not like or trust David Ray.  Even so, I think we can work on this to the mutual benefit of all concerned.
