What with the precipitous closing of "Detective Story" -- and the unstableness of the theatre , I'm a little apprehensive and that accounts for my not writing sooner. I'm in rehearsal for the Theatre Guild tryout of "Big Fiddles Got 3 Strings" --and I think we may have something - although I really feel we need more time... But the tryout will tell the story maybe changes in the cast - and etc. I see where Lou Fallstein has a book published by Harcourt Brace- seemed to get fairly good notices for the writing. I'm enclosing the Times review. Haven't heard from Nelson about M.W.T.G.A. move yet. I'm hoping something happened with it.
