      Concerning  our telephone conversation the other night, I suddenly remembered you had written me a letter which I had never answered.
      Yes, I think the idea about the boy miner is a swell one.  It should be a natural for you.  Why not indite it and frighten all these people who think you are embalmed?  I think you are right.  Expository writing is not the kind you can do con amore.  But it must be a pleasure to work with Bontemps.  A kinder, more balance person I do not know.
