greeting card WITH THE BEST OF ALL GOOD WISHES FOR Christmas AND THE New Year

Dec 21 Dear Jack & Gladys Conroy.

I hope you are in top condition - I finally heard a dim word from the Wolfs implying they have been ? with illness (mostly her father's) & such matters. Gerry wrote Howard he'd made one or two flying business trips to N.Y.C. - but that they hadn't really done the town for more than a year. Not a word about what work Howard is now doing. I thought they should have come when Louis Armstrong was right around the corner from me. But I have departed from the B'way area & its tawdry conveniences. The place wouldn't heat up in winter. Besides Gilbert & Sullivan was across the street & I guess it was too easy Very best from Tony Fetzer 200 E. 16.
