I enjoyed your introductory words in the book & descriptions of the writers - & needless to say I like the inscription for me.
Saw Bill Miller who, plus wife Anna, are old friends - They remember you from a Guild meeting in St. Louis. He's a real reporter on underlined: Time. needs it too on account of their 8 children.
Isn't this rugged? Exactly no work, & won't be any to speak of today.
So do come to New York. I certainly looks good to me just now. I haven't taken in any G & Sullivan for some years, but saw "La Boheme" for the first time the other day, at City Center. I love about all they do. "Teahouse of the August Moon" sounds pretty good in the new Broadway possibilities. "Ladies of the Corridor" will open next door to me, or the Longine Theatre, tomorrow As Dorothy Parker is one of the authors I am interested. Also it has been engrossing to see them put the theatre back together & 'red it up after some time as a television place.
