Jan 4, '79 Dear Jack, I haven't moved and am still at Paris III - glad to hear from you after having heard about you from David Ray (Comey Reader) & Doug Wikson. Recently a colleague who is working for a literary dictionary was asking me about you (life/publications, etc...) and was ? I knew so much about you! If you & Gladys can find the money for the fare we could arrange to put you up, I suppose, if you came when it is convenient for us. I plan to go to Louisiana this Spring & work on (black) creoles & cajuns. Have you any trips?
