Dear Jack - You never know how how much I enjoyed hearing from you. I have thought about you many times and wondered what you were doing. and I am glad you remember me. I received the book and am reading and enjoying it. I always wanted a copy of your book But couldnt ever find one. I have been down here thirty years. Am retired from the U.S. Steel. doing OK on S.S. and pention. [sic] I was in Gary East two unclear words and Misigan City before I came here and I like Birmingham very much Climate and all. I have a Sister in Moberly and I try and visit her every Summer. and if I am abel [sic] and nothing happens I want to come up there this Summer and dont worry I have ? will come to see you. Not many left around there that I know any more. the 22 Strike Seems like a dream now.
