II I was in London for 6 yrs & liked it very much, but I think one alsways [sic] likes to come home after a certain amount of time. Patrick got married 1 yr ago & I was married last August, so we are both married since you last heard from us. Patrick bought a house down here in Clare & I am hoping to build one later on, probably the end of the year. I hope yourself & the Mrs have been keeping well all this time. Do you still travel round as often as you used to do, & have you written any more books? I hope you had an enjoyable Christmas. We had a very good Christmas here.
