3 months on a piece. Two weeks. And I want to do very few. Maybe none. I'm looking for a cabin in the red woods. No electricity is OK. Tired of paying for the luxuries. I just want to do a book.

   Thanks for the agent add.   I wrote but he won't place articles or SSs.  Said send a novel.  I don't have one.  But its high time to get one so that's what I'll do.
   I agree with all your political notes and its refreshing to hear a man over 50 state some with some sense to them.  How did you happen to stay alive when nearly everyone else is a zombie.  Good old Jack.  Tell it like it is.
   After that autobiog  I hope you sit down and tell the world how it is.  What you don't know they haven't thought of yet.  I don't know what good it would do you other than whatever good writing does any writer, but people could use it - like a little artificial respiration.
  I hope the book comes out of the New Letters issue.
