Forwarded to her by Arts Club Miss Alice Roullier
                        3/20/30 -- J Wrigley Bldg
                                                                                   Chicago, Ill
                                     Dear Miss Roullier: -
I learned more from you than from all the other people I met lately
and the conversation with you was the most interesting one.
May I take the liberty to invite you to have lunch with me or, if
you happen to be on a diet, to have a cup of coffee or tea with you inno-
cent enough for your health? I should appreciate it very highly to spend
an hour with you and to get your advice: May I send you a synopsis
of my life. I had to make for one of the biggest institutions which is
interested in my work and in my scientific plans and will you be good
enough to return it to me occasionally.
With kind regards and good wishes
                                                                                      very respectfully
                                                                                                 yours
                                                                                  Dr. Albert Knapp.
