Dear Gladys & Jack-

    Well, I am back to my

desk & in business again. Mike who returned to Southern Illinois University at Cabondale, Illinois Sun- day had his bed right up against my kneehole desk, in the den for 15 months & writing letters was hit & miss. He could not go back to college last fall for lack of money so asked if he could stay with us for a year. We do not have a large bed- room for all his possessions, so much went to the basement but he worked hard and made & saved enough to tide him\ over 2 yrs. Bachelor of Arts & has now started a 3 yr. course in Interior Design.
