Dear Jack & Gladys -
 I keep reading the book sections of the papers waiting for the Conroy autobiography.
Stopped in at New Standard last month - Lana, Irene & Bob Schluter were the only faces I knew (except "Dauntless Dawney" - who is showing

his age. Irene is now picture editor in addition to her other jobs - Harry was fired - Ralph Miller retired - No one looked happy - Maybe were were lucky to escape that particular rat race.

 Hope you'll have a happy holiday season - I know mine will be exciting - Sally & her husband will be home for the holidays with my special 2 1/2 year old granddaughter -
