Air Letter mildly warm summer day. British Rys have got 5 pcs. of my luggage somewhere in England yet - even though I sent it ahead by 5 days. Inefficiency, inflation, indifference, incompetence, these are only a few disadvantages rampant in England, but the worst was the goddamned resignation & regimentation.
