Agent Danilson is charged with herding cattle upon the reservation for his own benefit, and using Government Employes and supplies for his own purposes in connection with this business. There has also been much complaint on the part of the Indians of that Agency against the Agent, and these complaints, as well as the charges referred to, should be fully investigated as also the condition of the Agency its management &c.
 Having made report of the facts elicited from this investigation, of the Fort Hall Agency, you will  proceed to the Shoshone and Bannock Agency, Wyoming Territory, and make
