Directed to say to the Utes the Commissioners are to be at Southern Ute Agency about the twenty fifth - They are authorized to make liberal purchases for those who may be in Colorado - Agent also will buy many things for them - Cimarron Utes ought to be there ready for Grand Council held at Los Pinos Agency.
