Dear Mother: No tenant yet. May not be able to leave before Jan. 1st. Will mail your coats. Have had a few snow flurries. Warmer today and bright sun. 34degree symbol at noon. Mrs. Kopp has a washer just like ours. Bought it about a year ago. Also has cleaner and a new car--a Durant. She drives it herself. Had no env. in house. Hence this card. Much love Katharine
