Precious Mum:

It is warm and balmy again. The sun shone beautifully all day and the fire in the furnace was wholly unnecessary.
The letter I wrote Patty was returned today all marked up by the postal authorities who evidently tried in vain to

find her. I put on the envelope c/o Selig Polyscope Co. besides her address at the Panama Apts. but neither place was the right one. I wonder where to she has tone. perhaps she has got married and quit her work and assumed her husband's name, so even if she were still in Los Angeles I would find it difficult to locate her. Perhaps I shall hear from her soon. At the club meeting the other day Mrs. Greer said that Mrs. Felt is here in town and is staying alternately with Leonora and Mrs. Thompson. Will try to get in touch with her.

The last club meeting was way over on
