Darling K -

  So sorry, and still wouldn't it have been sad to have that useful, efficient soul burdened with earth's

infirmities any longer? I am sure she is finding those dear hills just as delightful in her new garment, and no doubt in the company of her kindred spirits.

 How staunch and true she stood beside her standard. It wasn't a standard of middle courses or

half-measures. She had time to do her work well. Thank God for that. This new age is a mess of pottage.
