4/ disowned him. He had a bad influence over Jenkin Lloyd Jones II who had quite a time sowing his wild oats. But jr. finally settled down and was publishing a paper in Texas or somewhere. I have not seen any items about him for several years, so maybe he has passed on.

 The Pickett boys have turned up again. The youngest one, red haired, freckled, very unattractive,turned up asking for yard work. I put him thru the sprouts in weeding the grass roots from my hibiscus bushes, and finally got one bush weeded pretty well. He  also cut up the trunk of the old King orange tree that blew over in Feb 7:15 pm.

Had a big surprise this aft. Jean Hill and Leila with her 15 mos. baby girl, Bettie and Ethel came for 15 minutes or so. All are looking fine. She said the boys are growing tall also. Jean still in the drugstore - Asked about you, and to come to see her at the drugstore when you come. Much Love, Mother.
