3) The other day I went over with 2 copies of Look mag. for Mrs Beyer as hadn't seen her or heard from her in 3 or 4 weeks. Found she had been in the hospital and had had operations on both legs for bursitis. She said the surgeon told her to walk, and she thought she might go to town one day this week. She looks very well, and she said the ordeal wasn't too bad. In fact, made rather light of it. They have the boy Roger Christianson boarding with them again. They had him 3 months last Spring, and they both enjoy having him. I don't recall whether or not he is a Junior. I think he is one of two boys who picked some fruit for me one time. My dress is done and I like it immensely. I got some cover buttons at the dime store, and Mrs. Renfro covered them and did everything in the best work ever. Everything perfect in every detail.
